OUR SALON POLICIES
All new clients visiting the salon for the first time, to be able to process and secure your appointment we need to take a $50 deposit or the total cost of your service if less than $50. Your deposit will come off the cost of your service when you visit our salon, if you cancel under 24hours or are a no show you will forfeit your appointment and also your deposit, as I’m sure you can understand this is time we have saved just for you.
A minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required. If however less than 24 hours notice is given, we do reserve the right to charge you a $50 non-refundable deposit before accepting any future appointments.
All No Show appointments will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit for any future appointments.
We reserve the right to cancel non-confirmed appointments at any time.
All deposits will be refunded back to a credit card or carried over to next appointment if the appointment has been changed or cancelled with more than 24hrs notice.
We are more than happy to quote on all services prior to commencement, just let your stylist know if you would like one.
All colours & treatments must include a finish/blowdry.
Although every attempt is taken, we accept no responsibility for damages incurred to garments during services within the salon.
All prices are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of GST as of January 2013.
